The video of former NFL star Michael Irvin talking to his accuser regarding sexual misconduct allegations has been released.
In the six-minute, seven-second footage captured on February 5th, 2023 at a Marriott hotel in Phoenix, Arizona, the pair is seen chatting for over a minute with Irvin touching the woman twice on the elbow.
Michael Irvin’s attorney Levi McCathern obtained the clip following a legal battle with the hotel chain over it.
Although Marriott claimed the woman accused Irvin of making a sexual comment, Irvin denies this and says their conversation was about football and TV shows.
Irvin has filed a $100 million lawsuit against Marriott and other parties involved in the allegations, which remains ongoing.
